The Comptroller and Auditor General has published a report on the Financial Regulator's response to the Financial Market Crisis. The report outlines the measures taken or proposed by the Financial Regulator in order to respond to the shortcomings in financial regulation that came to light as the recent financial crisis unfolded. It also outlines the findings of recent EU and international reports that examined the operation of financial regulation.
